All Associate members, male or female must wear long black pants reaching their boots or shoes a white pirate looking shirt, black boots, or black shoes. Please refer to costume requirements link. Members can add approved accessories items per costume link. No other colors or styles can be worn.
Associate members must send a picture of themselves dressed, to Lucy Goodart at [email protected] to be sure your costume complies with our guidelines.
If a member arrives at a parade not properly costumed, they will be asked to leave and will not be able to ride or walk in the parade.

JANUARY 27, 2024 GASPARILLA PARADE OF PRIATES
WRIST BAND ACCEPTANCE, RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT
By wearing the specifically numbered wrist band listed below, and by participating in the Gasparilla Invasion and Parade of Pirates on January 27, 2024 ("Parade"), I release, waive and discharge Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla, Inc., and its members, owners, employees, officers and directors from any and all liability, claims, damages and injuries of any kind that in any way results from, or is connected with, my participation in the Parade including my arrival and continuing through my departure from that location regardless of how caused.
I agree that this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes arising under, in connection with, or incident to this Agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, Florida.
I am at least 18 years of age and otherwise competent to sign this Agreement. I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, I UNDERSTAND IT, AND I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT CONSTITUTES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF MY LEGAL RIGHTS. i AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING OUT OFF THE EVENT SO THAT I CAN PARTICIPATE.
